IND NO1 GENERAL PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

These rules are designed to maintain a fair gaming environment. Genuine recreational players will not be affected by these anti-fraud measures.
1. SCOPE OF APPLICABILITY:
These General Rules apply to all promotional activities on the platform. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Rules, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
2. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS & BONUS VALIDITY:
Wagering requirements will be strictly enforced during any promotional period. Players cannot apply for withdrawal until the relevant wagering requirements are fully met. All promotions have an expiry period. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will automatically expire and be reclaimed by the system.
3. ACCOUNT UNIQUENESS RESTRICTIONS:
Each player, household, physical address, email address, phone number, payment account (e.g., bank card/e-wallet), and IP address is limited to enjoying a specific promotion only once. If duplicate registrations or linked accounts are detected, the platform reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all related winnings.
4. VALID TURNOVER CRITERIA & GAME WEIGHTING:
Low-risk betting behaviors, such as bets with odds lower than 1.50 (Decimal) that result in a win or opposite/hedged betting, will be settled normally but will not count towards valid turnover. These include, but are not limited to:
(1) Sports: Bets with odds lower than 1.50; and any bets utilizing the 'Cash Out' feature, regardless of the final outcome.
(2) Live Casino: Opposite betting in Baccarat (e.g., simultaneous betting on both Banker and Player).
(3) Crash Games: All settlements with a multiplier lower than 1.50x (excluding 1.50x).
(4) Non-Result Bets: Any Draw (PUSH), cancelled bets, or bets where the stake is refunded.
Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements; please refer to specific promotion terms for details.
5. ANTI-ARBITRAGE, AUDIT & DELAYED SETTLEMENT PROHIBITION:
The use of system loopholes, plugins, automated software, or opposite betting to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited. Delayed settlement is strictly forbidden (e.g., triggering a Free Spin during a bonus period and intentionally delaying the opening until after the bonus has expired). The IND NO1 Risk Management Department will conduct a gaming behavior audit on all withdrawal requests. If "Bonus Abuse" is determined, the platform reserves the right to deduct all bonuses and associated winnings.
6. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE (KYC):
To ensure fund safety and combat money laundering, IND NO1 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) identity documents before processing promotional withdrawals. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings in the IND NO1 account.
7. AGE RESTRICTION & RESPONSIBLE GAMING:
All participants must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). IND NO1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be terminated immediately, and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeited.
8. FINAL INTERPRETATION & MODIFICATIONS:
IND NO1 holds the right of final interpretation for all promotional activities. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any activity at any time without prior notice.
9. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & FINALITY OF DECISIONS:
In the event of any dispute, the decision made by IND NO1 Management shall be final and binding. If a player is involved in prohibited activities, IND NO1 reserves the right to terminate their participation without disclosing specific internal risk-control logic, in order to protect the platform's security mechanisms from being reverse-engineered.
10. PREVALENCE OF ENGLISH VERSION & CONFLICT RESOLUTION:
These General Terms & Conditions are originally drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail. In the case of a conflict between these General Rules and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated
